The perfect spicy, smokey condiment for dipping, dunking and glazing. This was the first hot sauce Tubby Toms made and sold! It's been a solid favourite and an award winner for balanced heat and flavour.
Tubby is a bit of a spice nerd and has found the nicest un-heat treated smoked paprika which gives this sauce it's smokey flavour. Tubby mixes scotch bonnets with italian tomatoes, loads of garlic & red wine vinegar which makes it an almost ketchupy hot sauce.
