Beer, bacon and chilli jam…need we say more? GingerBeards have combined a stout from Arbor Ales with free-range bacon and cascabel chillies to create a delicious medium-spiced onion jam with smoky, nutty undertones – and this is an Original Beer & Bacon Chilli Jam.
Good with burgers, cheeseboards, sandwiches and straight from the jar.

Ingredients: onion, beer (water, malted barley, oats, wheat, hops, yeast) (13%), red wine vinegar, bacon (pork (85%), water, salt, yeast extract, dextrose, sugar, stabiliser (sodium triphosphate), antioxidant (sodium adsorbate), preservatives (sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate)) (10%), granulated sugar, dark soft brown sugar, cascabel chilli (3%), garlic, chilli powder (1%).
