Gold Dust Fatalli Chilli Salt
Gold Dust really showcases the magnificent Fatalli chilli, infused in a sea salt for twisting onto pretty much any meal. This is a finishing salt, delicate with a wonderful aroma, not for grinding into onion when making a curry, this will be lost...
Fatalli are elongated habanero shape peppers, which have a citrus note to them, yellow in colour (can be red but we use the yellow ones!). They originate in Africa and our actually come from Rwanda, as they are far nicer when grown in full sunshine.
