By fermenting red chilllies and garlic in authentic Hong Kong soy sauce, we have created the most divine dipping sauce into which anything can be dipped. From Spring rolls to spareribs, or tofu.


Vegan friendly.


Chillies, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Spring Water, Garlic, Soy, Sea Salt, Szechuan Peppercorn, Stabiliser Xanthan Gum.

Shake well before use. As Weymouth 51 use no preservatives, natural colour may change overtimes.
